Refund policy

At Tinkers Crafts, every piece is handcrafted by African artisans and curated with care. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: final sale items, gift cards, customised or personalised pieces, and items damaged due to misuse.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email hello@tinkerscrafts.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 2 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Photograph the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
