Shipping policy

At Tinkers Crafts, we carefully pack every order to ensure your artisan pieces arrive safely.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SOUTH AFRICA)
Standard Courier: 3–5 business days
Express Courier: 1–2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Allow 24 hours for tracking to activate.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email hello@tinkerscrafts.com with your order number. If your package arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at hello@tinkerscrafts.com if you spot an error after ordering.
